Principal Needed at Wild Rose Elementary

Wild Rose Elementary in St. Charles School District 303 seeks an Elementary Principal to start on 7/1/2015. They are seeking a strong and dynamic instructional leader with principal experience preferred.

• Understands how effective leadership can improve instruction and student learning
• Communicates effectively with all stakeholder groups
• Promotes success of all students by implementing district curricula, sustaining a school culture focused on learning, and providing effective feedback to staff members
• Provides and supports job-embedded professional learning
• Acts with integrity and fairness
• Ensures a safe, healthy, and productive school environment
• Possesses or is eligible (by July 1, 2015) for an Illinois Professional Educator License with Principal endorsement

 This is a full-time, 12 month position. The current salary range $94,500 - $115,500 (without TRS)
