Early Childhood Montessori Assistant Teacher Needed

The Ancona School seeks an Assistant Teacher for an early childhood Montessori classroom beginning January, 2015. Applicants should be fluent Spanish-speakers. Assistant teachers at Ancona provide support for the overall smooth functioning of the classroom, including care of the children and maintenance of the Montessori environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and implement the principles of Montessori education with a master teacher and to join a vibrant learning community.

Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent from an accredited college or university with some preparation in education or child development is required.  Montessori experience is preferred.
