AMI/AMS Trained Preschool Teacher

The Montessori School of Englewood in Chicago seeks an experienced AMI/AMS trained preschool teacher to join our supportive and collaborative faculty. We are seeking teachers and interns at the primary level.

The Montessori School of Englewood (MSE) is a Chicago Public Charter School that opened in August 2012. Located at 6550 S. Seeley Ave., Annex Building in the West Englewood community, MSE will add one new grade level each year, eventually serving pre-k through eighth-grade.

Successful applicants will ideally have two/three years experience as a lead teacher/ intern in a primary (3-6) classroom and will be an effective communicator with parents, students and colleagues. They will be confident, creative and favor working in a collaborative environment. Diverse applicants are encouraged to apply.
