We are seeking education students who would be interested in getting some experience in CPS classrooms while making some extra money. Our school, Goethe Elementary, is a neighborhood school in Logan Square.
We have a total of 7 positions available to begin this September through the end of the school year in June. 4 positions are in Kindergarten classrooms (3 English, 1 Spanish) and the other 3 positions are to provide ELL support in various elementary classrooms (requires Spanish and English fluency).
All programs are 3 hours per day (8 am-11am) M-F. Payment is $12.00 per hour. If you are interested in making additional money, you could also work daily from 11-1 supervising playground activity for $10 per hour.
