Principal Position at Hubbard Wood School Needed

The Winnetka Public Schools are seeking candidates for the principalship of Hubbard Wood School. The District is located along the beautiful north shore of Lake Michigan in suburban Chicago. Hubbard Woods School serves approximately 250 kindergarten through 4th grade students and employs 47 licensed and support staff. Student achievement is high and the District’s schools are primarily supported through local revenue sources. The successful candidate will be expected to support and nurture the progressive ideals that are the philosophical basis for the instructional program. Candidates will interact with a hiring team that will value knowledge of instruction, assessment practices, technology and its role in the instructional program, and the development of the whole child.
