Substitute Early Childhood Teacher Sought

Catholic Charities of Chicago is looking for an early childhood teacher to provide supervision and implement weekly lessons and activities for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years on a temporary basis. This position is designed to move from classroom to classroom and center to center in order to ensure proper supervision of the children as well as to ensure continuity of services for the children.

Requirements: Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education, or related field, with a minimum of 6 semester hours in ECE or child development. B.A. preferred. At least one year of direct service in an Early Childhood classroom. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.  Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation, CPR, and First Aide desirable.
