Great Lakes Academy seeks a Special Education Teacher
to oversee the pre-referral and referral
processes of special education, as well as the creation and execution of IEPs
for special education students.
A
bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred. Candidate should have a minimum of two years
special education teaching experience in an urban public school or charter school
setting and a valid Illinois Special Education State Certification or Licensure.
